Lower Rio Grande P-16 ECHS Planning Consortium
The Lower Rio Grande P-16 Council created an Early College High School Planning Subcommittee in February 2011. Through an application process, the Texas Education Agency approved the work of the subcommittee as the Lower Rio Grande P-16 Early College High School Planning Consortium. Tech Prep of the Rio Grande Valley, the Lower Rio Grande P-16 Council, the Texas High School Project, and the Texas Education Agency are working together for consortium leadership.
