Adrian A. Arriaga, CCIM, CIPS, who has served on the Tech Prep RGV Board of Directors since 1996, is the Broker/Owner for AAA Real Estate & Investments, a comprehensive Real Estate company in South Texas. Arriaga served as Vice Chair of the Tech Prep RGV Board for several years and is currently an Executive Committee member, where he chairs the Partnerships Committee and oversees Tech Prep RGV’s various partnerships as well as the labor market study published by the organization.

Arriaga is very involved in the National Association of Realtors, where this year he is serving as a National Director as well as the Chairman of NAR’s Equal Opportunity/ Cultural Diversity Committee. He has been appointed by NAR President, Al Mansell, as the President’s Liaison to Mexico for 2005-2006.

Arriaga sits on National Board of Directors for the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, the commercial branch of NAR. He is an instructor for the CCIM 101 Course of Financial Analysis for the prestigious CCIM Designation offered by NAR.

Another of Arriaga’s night jobs includes serving on the Texas Board of Criminal Justice. Governor Rick Perry appointed Arriaga to this $5 billion dollar agency that oversees the complex Criminal Justice system in Texas.

Arriaga’s day job consists of working with foreign investors primarily from Mexico, Korea, and Germany. Arriaga has been successful in the South Texas Real Estate Market for the past 25 years. He has been featured in the National Association of Realtor’s Magazine as a Dealmaker for successfully working with foreign investors. His expertise and experience in working with foreign investors has been recognized and documented by the Texas Real Estate Research Center where he was last featured in the Tierra Grande Magazine, July 2004 issue.

Arriaga has been Realtor of record for numerous national companies, including:
Metropolitan Life, Valero Oil, Applebee’s, Little Caesar’s, JP Morgan Chase and numerous other institutions. He has twice been selected as Realtor of the Year by the Greater McAllen Board of Realtors.

Arriaga is a graduate of Texas A&M University with B.A. and M.A. degrees in Political Science and resides in McAllen, TX.
